So when the opportunity came to purchase Press Waffle, he didn't hesitate. On November 3rd, with keys in hand and purpose in his heart, Stefan officially opened the doors to The Spot.
But this wasn't just a name change—it was a rebirth. Stefan expanded the menu with bold flavors and family inspiration. One of the first new additions was The Connor slider, named after his son: a hearty bite with smoked bacon, cheddar jack cheese, bacon jam, and love layered into every bun. Soon after came The Jules, a sweet waffle creation inspired by his daughter—bright, comforting, and just the right touch of flair.
